The education for family life by the aid of television in foreign countries [antikvár]

In our days there are many thoughts expressed in the internatio- nal pedagogical literature about the concept of the total educa- tional environment» We interprete this concept as the totality of all educational factors, spontaneously organized pedagogical ac- tions and formal /school/ effects, further on the non-formal sources of experiences /books, audio-visual means and first of all television/, which are mentioned as the efficient factors of the development of personality and in the Western countries rather as those of the individualized education» It is a pity, that the thougt of the education for family life, the problematics of the preparation for it do not enjoy in the mentioned international pedagogical literature the necessary attention and interest which they would deserve in spite of the very fact that among all the above mentioned factors of education a priori in every time the family served as the most important basis, the starting point of the individual and the level of perfection of the personality» When reviewing the international pedagogical literature which is aiming at scheduling the total educational environment in our case, we choose two utmost significant segments, the family, re- spectively, the education for family life, necessarily whith school too, which of course means that we pay our attention to the television as to the most developed audio-visual and telecom- munication means. We undertake it for the reason and in a way and a formulation as the correlation connection, that means the strive at aducation for family life and the intention of television to promote this activity, have appeared in the international pedago- gical literature, respectively, as the forecast of futurology predicts the is development in the spirit of mutuality and coope- ration for the following years. The parallel demonstration of countries with different social systems serves the purpose to render an unfalsified picture in the mirror of the education policy of the two world systems on the preparation of the future
